aii, ive not uploaded anything for ages. I haven't stopped doing art, but for some reason the floppy disk drive has stopped working since i installed XP (really), so it makes it a bit harder to submit.

I thought about a huge number of topics that I could write in this journal, but now I come to write it I cant't remember any of them! oh well :) I'm happy to note that i get more comments now i am commenting more, so thats good. Just one picture uploaded today; i'm quite pleased, as its the first time a face i've drawn has turned out right... well sort of... i had to cover up the mouth, it just looked odd... but apart from that i like it. I have a few ideas for pictures at the moment, and ive started to sketch more on paper, which can only be a good thing for my art. I was quite surprised to find a comment on my page when i logged in today saying that I should be banned. As it turns out, my friend, who i had been encouraging to join deviantart had done so, and had decided as his first action to praise my artwork in the forums. I guess i only have myself to blame for this, since i told him how i never get any commments, (which i am also to blame for, since i ought to take a more active part in the community) but he seems to have taken this too literally, and as a result, spammed it in the forums. What really surprised me was the strength of reaction against this sort of thing. Its a great sense of commun
